2. Provide Details: Share your order number, product details, and reason for return/exchange.
3. Return the Item: Handover the item to the courier partner. 
4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process the exchange or refund within 3 business days.

• During the confirmation call, which you will receive after placing an order with us.
